Very nice facility. The big washers cost $6.50 and the EXTREMELY efficient dryers that finish a decent sized load in 20 minutes are free of charge if you also use their washers. Sadly the arcade is limited and mostly inop.

Plan your trip!!! It gets busy. It's worth it! Washer and dryers are all new, clean and functional. There is a young lady helping us...we are so used to the old machines from other places that we were a little lost. I was embarrassed but grateful for the help. The facility is well lit, parking is tight, restrooms, coin exchange machine, folding tables, video games, lots of places to sit and there is someone willing to help. FREE DRYING...Enough said! Needless to say...my experience here today was good! 😁

The place was amazingly clean, the washers were fairly priced, Ms. Rena was so sweet and helpful. I loved doing my laundry here! I would recommend this to anyone who needs a place that is relaxed to do their laundry! I love that there is a restroom and vending machines so if you need to do more than a couple loads you are able to get a snack and drink.

Reasonable cost for washing but get this... All the dryers are free. You heard me--FREE!!!! Maybe this is a Dallas thing but being new to the area, I can say I've never been to a laundromat with free anything! It gets 10 stars on that alone. It also helps that the washers do a good job cleaning my dirty close. The facility is also very brightly lit with wide aisles between the rows of machines and it's always clean.

We drove quite a distance to use this laundromat for our cal-king comforter after getting a glowing recommendation about the cleanliness, availability of XL washers, and free dryers. We were very impressed. The machines are pretty new and heavy-duty. It cost about $5 including the second rinse (which I recommend for a comforter). The machine has a digital display showing the stage and remaining time. It got all the suds out. What really surprised us was that the comforter was completely dry after only 20 minutes on medium heat. It reverses tumbling direction throughout the cycle, so I didn't have to take it out and turn it. I have never seen anything like it.

I have read a few of these reviews and there was one that popped out to me. It mentioned a red headed employee who was less than courteous even stealing customers clothing. I feel for the customer who wrote that review however questio whether they went to this same location. There was a red headed employee who was the complete opposite of the mentioned review above. She not only did her job diligently while I was there, she as well made sure that EVERY SINGLE PERSON that walked in was okay and didn't need any further assistance with and went above and beyond for everyone. You see the dryers were acting up a little as they had been already running all day and non stop. So instead of just telling the customers "too bad how sad just be patient" she checked every 10 minutes on every single dryer that had clothing to make sure everything was working by speaking with the customers in a kind and humble manner but she also checked each and every machine to are sure that everyone had taken their things and did not loose anything. The laundromat here is clean, tidy, and family friendly. I am SO appreciative of the staff here and think this place is amazing! 5 stars feels too little for my experience here and actually can't wait for laundry day again!!

Weather for the first time a few weeks ago at the laundromat was cleaned up kept so they were doing some work on the floors customer service was excellent bathroom was immaculate and the tennis they were always ready to help

This was my first time here and Marisol was very helpful in assisting me in setting up my laundry card. The facility is very clean and the A/C works well too. I will definitely be returning!

Good experience! I'm guessing this was once ABC Washing and Drying and was changed to Tornado Express Laundry after remodeling. Anyway, I was in and out in under an hour. Purchasing a laundry card was new to me, but the lady at the front next was patient, kind, and very helpful. I was able to buy a small container of washing soap at the desk and my clothes were cleaned and COMPLETELY DRY in a reasonable time. This facility is clean and well kept. If I ever need to, I'll come back here for my laundry needs! :)
